When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Does the subscription include the book?
No. The book is not included. Each bundle is inspired by a monthly pick. You can grab it however you like whether it be the library, bookstore or on your kindle!
When is the cutoff to get this month's snail mail?
Subscriptions for the current month close on the 17th of every month. If you subscribe after that date, please note you will recieve the next month's snail mail subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel through your subscription account. No awkward emails required.
Is Between the Covers affiliated with the authors or publishers?
Nope. Between the Covers Mail Club is not affiliated with or endorsed by any author or publisher.
Can I return a bundle?
Because each bundle is customized and themed around the monthly book pick, we cannot accept returns once it's shipped.

No worries! If any item is missing or damaged, reach out within 10 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement.
